Our Mission - to provide opportunities for members to develop all necessary skills to participate and succeed in artistic swimming at competitive and recreational levels.

Waitemata Synchro invites boys and girls of all ages. Whether you are a swimmer who is 5 years old or 65 years old; if you love the water and love a challenge, we will welcome you into our lesson program. The Club offers synchronised swimming comprehensive program with recreational, competitive and performance teams.
New Swimmers typically start by attending beginner classes. Later on you can choose between two streams of synchro participation; ‘competitive’ and ‘amateur’.
The different age group categories require different training times and commitments from swimmers. Specific training times will be clarified by the coaches of each group, and it is important for the swimmers to commit to these times. Failure to do so impacts their whole team and may result in the swimmer being removed from the routine.
